RETURNS

 

Returns are accepted within 14days of date of purchase.

Items must be unused and in original packaging for return to be processed. 

 

Steps to follow to process a return:

 

  • Contact us via telephone 073 504 3049 or email online.tingtang@gmail.com.

  • Courier collection will be arranged and if you changed your mind return cost of courier will be sent.

  • Item will sent back by customer.

  • Returned item will be inspected and a refund minus courier cost will be refunded.

 

 

REFUNDS

 

If an item is delivered in a damaged form and customer requests a refund, a picture will be requested to inspect. On inspection if its deemed the items is damaged and a refund will need to be processed, a request of customers banking details will be requested so an EFT refund can be processed. An option for store credit will also be offered and should the customer accept, a coupon code for the same amount will be sent through. A refund via EFT or Coupon code will be processed in 3-4 Days.

 

 

ITEMS MISSING

 

If an item is missing please contact us via telephone 073 504 3049 or email online.tingtang@gmail.com and we will arrange for courier for a EFT refund for the equivalent amount.
